• Cancellations or Rescheduling (More than 24 Hours in Advance):
  No cancellation fees will apply. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Cancellations Within 24 Hours of the Event:
  If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event time, the full invoice balance will be due.

• No-Show Policy:
  If a client fails to attend or is not present at the scheduled time and location, it will be considered a cancellation, and the full amount will still be charged

What's Included in the Pricing – Tales & Hooves Mobile Petting Zoo

Our pricing is designed to be transparent and all-inclusive. The quoted price for your event includes:

• Set-Up and Break-Down of the petting zoo fencing and enclosures

• Clean-Up after the event to ensure the space is left as we found it

• Travel Fees, if applicable (these will be clearly outlined in your quote)

There are no hidden fees—everything needed to provide a fun, safe, and memorable experience is included.

The Goat Squad operates on a 24-hour service time window. This means that the service day ends exactly 24 hours after arrival.

Example:
If we arrive on Monday at 9:00 AM, the service day ends on Tuesday at 9:00 AM.

Land Clearing with The Goat Squad

The Goat Squad can clear approximately one acre in about three days, depending on the density and type of vegetation. While our goats are highly effective at removing brush, they do not eat extremely fibrous stalks or woody stems. These tougher plants may require manual clearing, which we’re happy to assist with to support the goats’ progress.

Their favorite plants to graze on include:

• Poison Ivy

• Kudzu

• And other similar invasive or fast-growing species

This eco-friendly method of land clearing is great for reducing overgrowth naturally— no chemicals, just hardworking goats!
